Consultation on the West Oxfordshire Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Draft Charging Schedule
West Oxfordshire District Council is seeking to introduce a Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) for certain forms of residential and commercial development, to help fund the provision of new and improved infrastructure across the district.
An 8-week public consultation on a new draft ‘charging schedule’ is open for comment until 27 September 2024.

The Appeal Hearing by the Planning Inspectorate for the 43-house Manor Oak application, New Yatt Road, North Leigh has been moved forward to 10am on Wednesday 5th June 2024 lasting for 2 days.

The results are in from the recent elections.

Appeal Date: Land to the South of New Yatt Road, Manor Oak Homes
The Council has learned that the appeal date for the planning application for the Land to the South of New Yatt Road will be held on the 27th of June. Information can be found on the Planning Inspectorate’s website: https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk/. The appeal reference is APP/D3125/W/23/3333133.

West Oxfordshire Local Plan 2041
A big thank you to all residents for all of your feedback on the 11 sites put forward under the West Oxfordshire Local Plan (WOLP) 2041.
If anyone has any further comments on any of the sites please submit them to the North Leigh Parish Council via email parishclerk@northleighparishcouncil.gov.uk or phone on 07796 039 496 by Monday 8th April 2024.
The WOLP 2041 will be on the Parish Council agenda for the 11th of April.
We will then be submitting all feedback to WODC on behalf of residents.
