Shakenoak site – Cottsway pre-application consultation (15–29 Sept 2025)
Cottsway Housing Association plans to demolish the former Shakenoak sheltered scheme and build 21 one- and two-bed apartments for rent to people over 55 (affordable housing). Proposals include parking, mobility scooter/bike storage, solar panels, air source heat pumps and EV charging.

Please note: This is Cottsway’s consultation, not the formal planning process. The Parish Council will discuss any future planning application at a public meeting, and residents will be able to submit representations via the WODC planning portal.
